The Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations is accountable for obtaining restricted and unrestricted gifts form corporations, foundations and organizations. These contributions are vital to the support, enrichment and fulfillment of the College’s important mission.

These gifts are inclusive of program grants, scholarship funds, sponsored events and building grants that are presented in the form of cash donations and matching funds.

These gifts help to:

• Enhance corporate visibility at the college
• Highlight Meharry’s commitment to excellence in education, training in health sciences and the College’s unique contribution to the diversity of the nation’s health professions workforce.
• Provide financial assistance for the advancement of College operations.
• Fulfill student’s dreams of becoming physicians, dentists, biomedical scientists or public health professionals.
• Encourage community-based research efforts to address health status disparities.
